Leo Kreisel Joins RailPros as AVP of Strategic Relations

Leo Kreisel joins RailPros as Associate Vice President of Strategic Relations in June 2021. He has over 35 years of management experience in the transportation industry and US military. Previously, he has worked at Progress Rail, as director of Machine Vision Technologies, where he headed a team focused on advanced track inspection technologies. Additionally, his prior management experience includes CSX Transportation where he served in a variety of roles including Director of Track Testing, Director of Engineering Standards, and Manager of Supplier Quality.

Leo served in the US Navy for over 24 years and retired in 2008. He served as an electronics technician on board ballistic missile submarines and as a Chief Engineer and Executive Officer on board a variety of surface ships including frigates, destroyers, and cruisers.

Leo currently resides in Jacksonville Beach, FL, with his fiancé, Heidi, and their dog and cat. They enjoy the occasional visit from their five children.
