RailPros Announces New Addition to Their Management Team

The RailPros family of companies is pleased to announce that Basem Muallem, PE, has joined the company as Vice President and Inland Empire Area Manager as well as the statewide transportation leader for California. Mr. Muallem will work out of the RailPros, Riverside, CA office.

Before joining RailPros, Mr. Muallem worked for Caltrans for 32 years holding various positions including Deputy District Director for maintenance, program management, and right of way. He also served as Division Chief for Maintenance and Right of Way in Sacramento, as well as District 8 Director. Mr. Muallem brings with him a wealth of transportation knowledge to RailPros’ expanding nation-wide practice.
