RailPros Announces Joe North as New SVP Passenger & Transit Rail Partnerships
North to focus on client relationships with passenger and transit rail agencies across North America.
RailPros is pleased to announce that effective immediately, the title for Rick Bellew, Senior Vice President Safety and Training, is changed to Senior Vice President and Chief Safety Officer. This change in title reflects RailPros’ ongoing commitment to safety in the wide variety of service offerings that we provide.
Rick has over 20 years of experience in both freight and passenger rail. He obtained his bachelor and master’s degrees in business administration and an associate degree in Occupational Safety and Health. He maintains certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). Rick stays current in the railroad industry by serving on multiple committees, including APTA Rail Safety, AREMA Committees 24 and 40, and NRC Safety.
