RailPros Technologies announces the development and release of a new FRA app – eCFR: FRA. The app, which is free to download, provides hands-on, easy access to the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (eCFR): Title 49: Transportation, Chapter II (FRA), including Part 213, Track Safety Standards, Part 214, Railroad Workplace Safety, Part 217 – Railroad Operating Rules, and much more.
Users will have the ability to customize their experience by adding or removing any part from Title 49: Chapter II to their home screen, share parts or sub-parts, and bookmark items. In addition, the app offers robust search capabilities for each section.
“This app has broad appeal,” noted Chad Smith, Director of Technology and Innovations. “From track inspection to conductor certification, on-track safety standards to grade crossing safety, this is a must-have for railroad professionals.”
